Growing up in the 50s and 60s, she embraced a natural, outdoor lifestyle and was deeply influenced by the idea of living harmoniously with nature. As an experienced Registered Nurse and Health Educator, Elizabeth became fascinated with how healthy living impacts longevity, mental health, and overall well-being. Through decades of personal experience, research, and professional training, Elizabeth recognized the profound effects of natural living—both mentally and physically. She was compelled to share this knowledge, aiming to educate, inspire, and empower others to embrace healthier habits at any stage of life. Super Health Talks was born out of this desire to connect with a wider audience and promote a proactive approach to health, longevity, and happiness.
